Film Portraits of a Film Photographer

I adore weddings. If you’ve been here for a while, you know that and I think it’s pretty obvious to everyone else around here too. But a very close second to weddings is getting to take portraits of photographers. I love all small businesses and getting to help bring their brands to life, but there’s something really special about getting to photograph fellow photographers. This session with Rachel was extra special though. Rachel Larsen Weaver is a film photographer in my area. She’s taken photos of me three (?) times now I think. And honestly if you see these photos and go look up Rachel and think to yourself “oh I think I want to hire this photographer instead”, I absolutely understand. She really makes magic.

These are all on film! Baby’s first all film session and I have to admit I’m pretty proud of how they turned out.
